Cancellation and Refund Policy (mentioned hereafter as “web portal”)is one of the services provided by GLOSLATE (mentioned hereafter as “We”, “Us”, “Our”) & their counterparts. We have strict Cancellation & Refund Policies which are different in Finished & Customized products. However one can only purchase our “Finished Products” Only from our website, the Customized product policy is also mentioned here for reference to our clients who purchase our products offline.

Finished Products cancellation & refund policy.

Cancellation Policy.

  • Any product purchased from our web portal can be cancelled only before the order status is “Processing” in the My Orders Page. Once the status is changed to “Ready to Dispatch” the Cancel option is disabled and under no circumstances can be cancelled/exchanged.

  • Post cancellation of a purchase our customer support team will contact the buyer for further details.

  • We have strict NO RETURN Policy (please refer to Returns policy on our web portal).

Refund Policy.

  • Once the order is cancelled successfully the amount paid shall be refunded after a deduction of online payment gateway fees.

  • This fee is different in every payment method. The same shall be mentioned in the email with breakup of the amount post refund.

  • Typically a refund may take place within 3-7 working days.

  • There would be no discrepancies entertained in gateway fees or any documents shall be given of the same.

  • Under no circumstances any refund shall be initiated post the cancellation period is over.

  • Damaged or non working products has to be reported via the complaint section of our website within 24 hours of delivery (as per shippers tracking system) with relevant pictures and description only.

  • Any chat, email or telephonic complaint shall not be considered for any plan of action.

  • Complaints after 24 hours of delivery shall not be considered as damaged in transit.

  • Refund shall only be made in the same account/same name account as the payment was received.

  • Tax details entered during the purchase is final and billing cannot be changed or tax amount shall not refunded at any time.

  • The rights to final decision shall always be of GLOSLATE & Counterparts, once finalized there will be no further discussion on the same whatsoever.

Customized Products cancellation & refund policy.

Cancellation Policy.

  • 1. Customized Products are made as per the discussion, quotations and approved Purchase Orders (If any), such products are mutually agreed and made to order and cannot be cancelled or modified or exchanged for any other products or services.

  • 2. In an event of unforeseen circumstances an exception can be made by US with the following terms..

  • 25% of the total value or the basic structural cost, body works, wires etc (whichever is higher) plus taxes shall be deducted/charged from the advance received (if any).

  • Cancellation of special items will attract restocking charges (depending upon the raw material) over above the cancellation charges as mentioned above.

  • The cancellation shall be approved only after the discussed charges are received.

  • The raw material or the structure shall not be handed over to the client.

  • The buyer has to comply with the details of reason for cancellation.

  • The final decision shall be of GLOSLATE only and no further changes shall be made on the same.

Refund Policy

  • If the advance amount exceeds the amount charged with taxes, the balance shall be refunded in 10-14 working days after the cancellation documents & bills are made and approved.

  • Refund (If any) shall be made to the same account as the advances were received.
