Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within the ETA specified on every product.

This process consists of

  • 1. Assembly , if the product is not ready.

  • 2. Aging & Testing. This process is common in LED Products as all LED Lamps have a burnout life. During Aging and testing the LEDs are continuously powered to check if there are any discoloration or BAD Pixels.

  • 3. Packaging & Ready for Dispatch. During this period the ordered goods are packed appropriately and shipping company is contacted for pickup of goods.

  • 4. We also send direct delivery if the shipping address is within our city of operation and the product is over and above a certain pricing & size.

  • 5. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

General shipping rates & delivery charges are generally included in the cost of purchase. Express or fast delivery option shall attract extra charges which can be specified by our customer support over call, chat, whatsapp or email. uses services of third party shipping companies, in an event of delay or any discrepancies whatsoever, shall not be responsible for any such events.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on shipping company & service to the shipping address. We at try to get the best options for best possible service.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

You can also access the same details by logging in to our website with the same Email ID & Password which was used to place the order in MY ORDERS Tab.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
